What is the Federal requirement for courts to report commercial vehicle convictions, and how do court clerks report them?

Answer: Effective October 1, 2008, the Federal reporting requirement for commercial vehicle convictions was changed from 30 days to 10 days (FMCSA Part 384: State Compliance with Commercial Driver’s License Program, §384.209 Notification of Traffic Violations).
