Business Tax Online Registration

Business Tax registration may be completed with either the state or local government.

This online application allows taxpayers to register a new business for (gross receipts) business tax.

Business tax licenses must be obtained from the local county clerk or city official based on where the business is located. The business license fee of $15 must be remitted to the local county or city official before the required license will be issued. Businesses required to have licenses are not allowed to operate until the license is obtained and posted in the business location.
