Compliance Office

The purpose of the Compliance unit is to work with all Division of Rehabilitation Services teams to assure that our processes are both timely and correct. The unit oversees the traditional compliance and quality audit functions. While these are critical to the success of the Division, the Compliance group will reach deeper, focusing on big picture management improvement opportunities so that we may continue to better meet the needs of our clients and constituents. Specific functions that will rest in the unit include federal reporting, quality control, contract management, federal program and budget compliance, stakeholder inquiries and internal process improvement.
