LOSS OF RIGHT TO UNINTERRUPTED BENEFITS |
|
1240-1-19-.01(4) |
A household loses its right to uninterrupted benefits when it: 1. fails to file a timely reapplication for certification without good cause; or 2. fails to appear for the first scheduled interview on or after the date of the application; or 3. fails to provide necessary verification within 10 days of the date requested or by the 15th of the last month of certification, whichever is later. When the households lose their right to uninterrupted benefits, process their applications as initial applications in accordance with manual section 1240-1-17. When an untimely application is received after the end of the certification period, prorate the household’s benefits. |
