Providing EBT Card and PIN An opportunity to participate in the Food Stamp Program consists of providing households with an EBT card and having a PIN number available for the household to obtain its allotment. The card and PIN should reach the participant so that the household will have an opportunity to participate within the appropriate timeframe. |
