A migrant or seasonal farm worker’s source of income is considered to be the grower for whom the migrant is working at a particular point in time, and not the crew chief. A migrant who moves from one grower to another is considered to have moved from a terminated to a new income source (Refer to Exhibit A: Migrant And Seasonal Farm worker Households). |
