20.8	CERTAIN RENTAL INCOME	Food Stamp Table of Contents

1240-1-4-.14(2)(d)	If an owner of rental property is actively engaged in the rental, maintenance, or management of property at least 20 hours per week, the income from the property is earned. If he/she is actively engaged less than 20 hours per week, the income is unearned. In either case, costs of doing business are deducted from gross income and the remainder is counted.
