20.16	FOSTER CARE PAYMENTS AND/OR GUARDIANSHIP PAYMENTS	Food Stamp Table of Contents

1240-1-4-.14(2)(l)	A food stamp household has the option to include or exclude individuals receiving these type payments. If the option to include the individual is chosen, the payments are treated as unearned income. Any other income the individual might have must also be considered. If the option is chosen to exclude these individuals (as boarders) neither their income nor the payment is considered as income to the household.	Glossary of Terms
