PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF NONDISCRIMINATION
COMPLIANCE

The Civil Rights pamphlet will be given to
each applicant/recipient at each application and review. The application form will contain
information about rights and responsibilities. All Tennessee Department of Human Services offices will permanently
display the nondiscrimination poster provided by USDA, Food and Nutrition Service. The Department will ensure that applicants/recipients and other
low-income families/individuals have access to information regarding
nondiscrimination statutes and policies, complaint procedures, and the rights
of participants within 10 days of the date of a request for such information. |
