27.6	REFUGEES	Table of Contents
	Refugees who are receiving Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) and are engaged in a work activity through Catholic Charities will be considered to have met their 30-hour work requirement. These clients may be referred to a work activity contractor for support services only. Catholic Charities’ participants who are not otherwise work exempt and who are not following their Catholic Charities’ plan may be sanctioned for failure to comply with work requirements. ^Bulletin 29, FA-10-17	Glossary
