WORK REQUIREMENT COMPLIANCE/NON-COMPLIANCE

Clients who have an unexcused absence from a work activity will be considered non-compliant. There is no minimum/maximum number of absences required prior to imposing a sanction, nor a certain number of absences within a time frame to consider. One unexcused absence = sanction.

 

        The contractor will determine whether an absence is excused or unexcused.

        Excused absences are never sanctionable.

        Clients will be sanctioned for all unexcused absences.
