CERTIFICATE PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Child Care serves two primary functions: 1. It is a support to allow families to work
and/or attend school, 2. It is a means of promoting the physical,
emotional, educational, and social development of children. The Child Care Certificate Program provides subsidies to families in
several categories of assistance with the goal of meeting both of those
functions. |
