Kelly currently serves as the Director of Legislative Affairs for the Department of General Services, where she manages all legislative outreach.
Prior to coming to the State, Kelly served as Political Director for the National Association of Realtors in Washington, DC, where she helped Realtors lobby key business and real estate issues with Members of Congress across the Southeast. Kelly spent five years working on international trade issues with the US Chamber of Commerce, traveling around the United States assisting small businesses who wanted to expand their operations through exporting. She also led and managed trade missions and government affairs programs, including events with the president of China and the prime minister of Australia. Kelly's first post in Washington, DC was with the George W. Bush Administration where she focused on education policy.
Kelly holds an international business degree, BA & BBA, from Mississippi State University, and is active in women and children's charities, as well as with the Junior League of Nashville.
