TDMHSAS Marks Milestone in Peer Certification with New Criminal Justice Endorsement

TDMHSAS is celebrating a milestone in peer recovery services in the state. There are now 1,500 currently active Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS). And the milestone in the program comes as state leaders are unveiling a new endorsement in the certification program for people with lived experience in the criminal justice system.

COMMISSIONER GONZALES ANNOUNCES WEEKLY FORMULA RATE APRIL 22, 2025

NASHVILLE--Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions Commissioner Greg Gonzales announced today that the maximum effective formula rate of interest in Tennessee is 11.50 percent per annum. The rate is based on a ceiling of 4 percent over the weekly average prime loan rate of 7.50 percent as published by the Federal Reserve on April 21, 2025.
