The Tennessee Department of Correction has partnered with GTL OffenderConnect to manage the GTL AdvancePay accounts and the Offender Phone account.
GTL AdvancePay is a prepaid collect calling account that allows calls from the offender to your phone number. You will be able to make payments and view your balance.
With a GTL Offender Phone account, you will be able to make deposits to an offender's debit phone account. Once a deposit has been made, the money will become the property of the offender and may only be used to make phone calls.

One of the easiest ways to establish a GTL AdvancePay account or an Offender Phone account is by going to OffenderConnect. Payments can be made to either account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Call Us
Another convenient way to create and make a payment to a GTL AdvancePay account is to call the automated system at 1-800-483-8314. (NOTE: Payments to an Offender Phone account are not available through the automated system.)
Walk In
Payments to your GTL AdvancePay account or an Offender Phone account may be made by visiting your local Western Union.
Payments made to your GTL AdvancePay account may also be made by checks or money orders. Send payments to: AdvancePay Service Dept., P.O. Box 911722, Denver, Colorado 80291-1722. (NOTE: Payments to an Offender Phone account are not available through mail.)
