The academy gives citizens the opportunity to learn about the departments' mission, operations and positive impact on the community.

    NASHVILLE – The Tennessee Department of Correction’s (TDOC) District 42 office remains closed following an early morning fire. The office is located at 2816 Dickerson Pike. An early morning fire caused significant damage to the interior of the building.     HENNING - The Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) is now hiring Correctional Officers at the West Tennessee State Penitentiary in Henning and the Northwest Correctional Complex in Tiptonville. A job fair will be held for candidates interested in a career in law enforcement and assisting in the mission of operating safe and secure prisons. Inclement Weather Conditions

Offenders who are required to report to probation/parole offices should contact the reporting office for possible closings due to inclement weather before traveling.  If you are unable to report to the office due to inclement weather, call the reporting office before your scheduled appointment time.
